At Office Kim Lenschow, we create architecture that fosters awareness and a more authentic connection to our surroundings. With a material-centered approach, our work seeks to unlock the potential of what already exists—whether through transformation, reuse, or by working creatively with standard materials in new, unexpected ways.

We specialize in adaptive reuse, resource-conscious renovation, and new-build structures with a low ecological footprint. Our core focus is residential architecture, but we welcome projects across all typologies. With over a decade of experience, our work spans from architectural heritage projects to innovative contemporary design.

We offer a full range of architectural services—from early concept design to construction documentation and on site follow up. This includes municipal applications, tendering, detailed design, and project coordination. Our practice brings together artistic vision with technical precision, ensuring the poetic and physical qualities of materials are celebrated throughout each project.

Collaboration is central to our studio. We scale our team based on each project's needs, involving specialized advisors when necessary. This allows us to remain agile—leading smaller projects independently, or forming strong teams for more complex commissions.

At the heart of our work is a belief in expressive architecture that dares to be present—connecting us to place, material, and the systems we inhabit. We are committed to advancing the conversation around building practices through architectural investigations, critical assessments of industry norms, and ongoing research projects. These efforts serve both our clients and the broader goal of improving how we build today.

Let’s work together. Every brief is unique, and we look forward to understanding yours.
